DONATIONS: Please use the Donate button above to make your donation and ask your donors on your pledge sheet to also donate online. If you donate on line, please bring a copy of your receipt to the Walk.
PLEDGE SHEET: Please use the Pledge sheet from the link above to document your pledges and bring a copy with you to the Walk.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Please print out the Waiver form, complete, sign and bring copy with you to the Walk (there will be extra forms at the Walk if needed). All walkers need to sign a waiver.
